At Dr. Denim, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items. Simply return your denim in its original condition with all tags attached for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all original tags and labels remain attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
